The Annual Meeting of the Beacon Hill Condominium Association (Article VI Sections 6.02 and 6.03 of the Condominium By-Laws) will be held at Clubhouse 1 - 3001 E. Village Road, Holland PA 18966 at 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 24, 2024.

All Beacon Hill homeowners are welcome to attend.

Fence Policy

Beacon Hill Fence policy: revised and approved June 30, 2010 At a meeting held June 30, 2010 the Beacon Hill Executive Board voted that any fence which is approved must be no shorter than 5’ in height, and no taller than 6’ in height. The 6’ height is now being allowed because many owners are installing PVC type fences and PVC often comes in 6’ lengths when purchased at local supply stores.
